I\u2019m from a small village in the middle of Catalonia, Casserres, where I grew up. It has been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration.<\/p>\n

With family roots in farming, my childhood was spent surrounded by golden fields, where I learned that freedom, nature and love are what make happiness. That\u2019s where I picked up my first brush and learned how to convey everything I saw and felt through painting.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I live between Bergued\u00e0 and Barcelona, where I share a workshop in the Raval district with other artists. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the winter I devote my time to creating contemporary jewellery, little sculptures that evoke fantastic, utopian places. I also create personalized commissions: all of them speak of love.<\/p>\n

In summer I spend four months in Menorca, like a snail, with my house and workshop on my back! You can find me in Ciutadella, on the way down to the port, in the craft market. You might also find me on some idyllic beach, or having a drink with friends at a lighthouse.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I like to practice nudism on the beach, but I\u2019m much more naked in my artistic projects: my pieces are full of honesty and transparency (as if I\u2019d opened a vein); they talk about emotions and experiences. Always with my poet\u2019s hat on, and all explained between the lines. I talk about what I would love, like living in an idyllic, just and egalitarian world, full of love and freedom, in much greater contact with nature.<\/p>\n

I believe in sorority, and in all possible varieties of love. I question power, prohibitions and rules, and sometimes I love to break them, but always with the utmost respect for other people and the planet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

They offer an amalgamation of sensations, knowledge and experiences, which drive me to paint spontaneously, and quite naturally lead me to convey everything that I feel in the form of jewellery. They also help me to let my imagination run wild and create new and exotic landscapes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I follow the lead of my intuition, and it brings out the best in me; I don\u2019t stop until I come to some conclusion and I\u2019ll even start over if necessary: challenging myself, throwing more colour at it, mucking in fearlessly. Using my hands, paper, wood or metal to embody a feeling, an emotion, a sense of fun. That\u2019s how I love to work, and I see every day as a new challenge. It\u2019s a way of life and obviously a way of expressing myself. I acknowledge that I\u2019m cheerful, stubborn and perfectionist, that I have the essential energy to live what I believe, to believe what I do, and to make this a way of life.<\/p>\n

I also try to always put myself in other people\u2019s shoes, to understand them. And to immerse myself in their stories: love stories, real-life stories, beautiful stories, which may be tough or sad, but always exude love and gratitude; I feel grateful to life for being able to convey love in the form of a piece of jewellery.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I learned everything about love of art, composition and colour from Mestre Pep. I learned to let go and create travel journals. He is the one who taught me to convey what I see and feel through painting. I did my art baccalaureate at the Vic School of Art, where we formed a family whose loving bonds still exist today.<\/p>\n

I have a degree in Product Design from the EINA School of Art and Design and a postgraduate degree in Children\u2019s Illustration. I am very happy to have done my internship at La Granja Design<\/em> and my Erasmus stint in Prague.<\/p>\n

While studying at EINA, I attended Jaime Diaz\u2019s workshop to learn to make jewellery; he is the person who taught me the craft of jewellery-making, while Judy McCaig, at La Massana Design School, taught me that it could be a form of expression as well as a trade. So I signed up to make jewellery in the old Massana centre, which became my home for three years. I made great friends with other jewellers, and on a professional level we formed the Quars d\u2019una<\/em> collective.<\/p>\n

You can tell that I like working in teams, because I haven\u2019t stopped collaborating since then. I am also part of the Joyas Sensacionales jewellery<\/em> collective, led by Silvia Walz, from whom I have learned and continue to learn a great deal. I am also part of Tresors<\/em>. And the much-loved 7 Cats!<\/em> <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
